Preparation
Before we meet, I take a light look at your website and online presence to understand how your business currently comes across, as well as visiting any local physical spaces.
The session
We spend around 90 minutes together (in person or online), walking through your business, website and overall presentation. I’ll share observations in real time, call out what’s working well, and highlight where small changes could make a meaningful difference.
Your Upgrade Plan
Afterwards, you’ll receive a short written summary outlining:
what’s working well
where clarity could be improved
what to focus on now
what could come next
what’s not worth worrying about (yet)
Clear, practical, and easy to act on.
The Brand MOT is a good fit if you care about how your business looks and feels, and sense that things could be clearer or more polished. It’s can be particulalry helpful if you’re considering investing in a website, signage or refresh and want an experienced opinion before spending time or money.
Some business owners take the plan and implement it themselves. Others ask for help refining the visuals, improving their website or bringing everything together more cohesively.
There’s no obligation either way — the MOT stands on its own.
